Aufschnitt Meats was founded by two brothers-in-law with a passion to continue their family tradition started in Europe over 75 years ago. We only want the best for you so we use the most premium quality meat sourced from 100% grass-fed cattles that were raised in natural pastures with humane living conditions.
Studies show that meat from cattles that were kept solely on a forage diet has fewer calories and less total fat compared to meat from grain-fed cows. The meat also is packed with protein and contains more antioxidants, linoleic acid, and omega-3 fatty acids or what we call “the healthy fats” for added nutritional value.
Grass-fed beef meat is leaner and juicier too. This gives our beef jerky a soft and chewy texture and a rich, delicious taste after a meticulous curing process.
