To determine the length needed, you can measure your old cane, consult your therapist, or measure the distance from your wrist bone to the floor while your hand is hanging loose and relaxed.
What can I do if I need a cane shorter than 39"?
If you need a shorter cane, you can cut it yourself using a wood saw or order a custom-length cane (handling time is about 4-5 weeks). Read below how to order a custom cane.

Can I replace the rubber cane tip with a different tip or with a quad base?
Yes. You can replace the cane tip with any other tip that has an internal diameter of 7/8". Please note that you will receive one spare cane tip free with your cane; we also sell wide-base cane tips for our canes.
