How to adjust if l can't hear any sound when the headset is connected to the landline?
First, check whether the headset plug is connected to the device stably.
Second, select headset button in the device to active the headset for calling and the volume is max.
Finally, check whether speaker mute is turned on or not.
Why can't l hear myself when l talk?
These headsets do not monitor the input into the headset audio output. Monitoring playback can typically be achieved in computer settings.
How about the volume control?
The volume control of headset is independent of the phone sound system. If you want to increase the volume, you need to adjust the volume of both the inline control and the phone simultaneously.
