WARMING SYSTEMS HEATING MAT

20" WIDE ELECTRIC FLOOR HEATING MAT

The Electric Floor Heating Mat consists of a mat with the cable heating elements pre-spaced 3" within the mat. Simply unroll the floor heating mat with the cold lead running up the wall to the electrical box. These heating systems are ideal for rectangular or square areas with right angles. You can manipulate the mat to fit the desired heating area by using the turning techniques shown below. The white fiberglass mesh may be cut to flip and turn the mat. The RED HEATING ELEMENT CAN NOT BE CUT, so be sure to accurately measure the space you are heating.

INSTALLATION MONITOR

The Installation Monitor measures continuity of the heating system during installation and will alarm if the heating system gets damaged. It will give you peace of mind while installing the floor warming system. Connect the system leads to the monitor prior to installation. The monitor will "scream" a warning in the event the heating element is cut or damaged allowing you to make any necessary repairs before the heating system is embedded in mortar. If the alarm sounds, stop work and consult the operation manual. We still recommend checking the ohms of the floor heating system with a multimeter before, during, and after installation.

  • Red light and alarm indicates lead wires have come loose from the terminals or damage has occurred to the heating system
  • A white light indicates the monitor is operating
  • Can monitor up to 3 systems at one time when they are temporarily connected in series

Thermostat Sensor

THERMOSTAT FLOOR SENSOR

Thermostat floor sensor is included. The sensor wire runs down the wall and into the heated area to give an accurate floor temperature reading. The sensor probe is installed in between the heating elements.

The thermostat also has a built in "Ambient" temperature sensor that allows for dual temperature control.

REASONS TO PURCHASE FROM WARMING SYSTEMS INC.

  • SAFE UL LISTED for USA and Canada and rated for Wet Locations (showers)
  • SAVE MONEY Less operating time required to maintain a comfortable room temperature than furnaces and other methods of heating keeping operational costs to a minimum.
  • EFFICIENT An average bathroom uses about the same amount of energy as two 100-watt light bulbs. Used in conjunction with a programmable floor-sensing thermostat will make the system even more efficient.
  • EFFECTIVE Warmth is carried to living spaces on invisible waves of radiant energy from the ground up leaving no hot air to rise and be wasted at ceilings. You can turn your "regular" thermostat down 3 - 5 degrees and feel just as warm.
  • CLEAN No air passes through dusty ducts or dirty fins before reaching the room.
  • SILENT The quietest way to deliver heat to your home or business.
  • SIMPLE Single cold lead allows for easy installation.
  • PATRIOTISM Made in the USA
