COLLECTOR'S NOTE: Morgan Silver Dollars were minted in the United States from 1878 to 1904, and again in 1921. Named after the designer, George T. Morgan, these coins feature Lady Liberty on the obverse and an eagle with outstretched wings on the reverse. Many were minted in various locations, such as Carson City (CC), New Orleans (O), San Francisco (S), and Philadelphia (no mint mark). Today, Morgan Dollars are popular among collectors due to their historical significance and artistic appeal.
