PBUO CHAINSAW CHAIN
PBUO chainsaw chains are built on four core principles: Precision, Balanced, Unyielding, and Outstanding. This isn't just a tagline – it's our engineering standard. Each chain delivers consistent, reliable cutting power for homeowners and professionals alike. Three chains per pack mean you're always ready for the next job, whether it's clearing brush after a storm or processing firewood for the winter.
CHAIN SPECS MADE SIMPLE
To find the right chain, you need three key measurements. Bar Length: Measure from the front of the chainsaw to the tip of the guide bar (example: 18"). Pitch: Half the distance between three consecutive rivets (example: 3/8" LP). Gauge: The thickness of the drive links where they fit into the bar groove (example: .050"). Drive Links: The total number of drive links on your chain (example: 62DL). Match all three, and you’ve found your perfect fit.
LOW KICKBACK DESIGN
Safety is built into every PBUO chainsaw chain. Our low-kickback design features a guarded drive link, with a protective guard link positioned ahead of every cutter. This engineered geometry reduces the chain's ability to grab and kick back during operation. Whether you're reaching overhead with a pole saw or cutting close to the ground, that extra margin of safety matters. Cut smarter. Cut safer.
GERMAN STEEL & CHROME CUTTERS
PBUO chains start with high-grade German steel for superior durability and strength. Each chain undergoes precision heat treatment, including quenching, to maximize hardness and impact resistance. Hardened rivets reduce chain elongation over time, so you spend less time adjusting. The cutters feature advanced chrome-plating, becoming sharper and more wear-resistant – delivering consistent performance through heavy use.
PBUO VS. OTHER BRANDS
PBUO chains use German high-grade steel for superior strength and impact resistance. Every chain is manufactured to precise specifications for accurate, reliable fitment. Chrome-plated cutters stay sharper longer and resist wear far better than generic uncoated cutters. Other brands rely on imported steel and inconsistent fitment. Choose PBUO. Quality you can see and feel.
HOW TO FIND YOUR CHAIN SIZE
1.Check for the specification numbers stamped directly on your guide bar. Look for three key measurements – Pitch Size, Gauge Size, and Number of Drive Links.
2. If your guide bar is unmarked, measure yourself. Pitch: Measure the distance between three rivets, then divide by half. Gauge: Measure the thickness of the drive links. Drive Links: Count the total number of drive links on your old chain – make sure the chain isn't cut short.
3.If neither method works for you, simply contact PBUO. Our professional support team is ready to provide guidance and advice – we'll help you find the right chain.
